Regulaw Uluslararası Hukuk & Danışmanlık ("Regulaw") acts as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). This notice explains for what purposes your personal data is processed, on what legal grounds, and what rights you have.

Categories of data processed: identity data (name, surname), contact data (email, telephone), file information shared in the context of a client relationship, and transaction security records relating to use of this website.

Purposes of processing: provision of legal representation and advisory services, responding to contact requests, evaluating job applications, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal grounds: under KVKK Art. 5(2), performance or conclusion of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or exercise of a right, and legitimate interest; in other cases, your explicit consent.

Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law and is protected under the duty of professional secrecy applicable to the legal profession.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to request correction, deletion, or destruction where incomplete or inaccurate; to object to results against you arising solely from automated processing; and to claim compensation where you suffer damage.

You may submit requests in writing to regulaw@regulaw.com.tr. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
